Oak Mantle, Residential Project
We get many requests from clients for Oak and Pine Beams, in this case our client chose to use an oak beam as a mantle above their wood burning stove. Bow ties were used to ensure the crack did not spread as the client felt it gave the beam more character. It was then finished with a rugger brown stain wax.
